ADL M&S Dashboard · baseline Monte Carlo runs
Best-available Blue counter coverage for projectile-on-projectile wargaming.
This dashboard summarizes the revised baseline across all ADL Red/Gray threat rows, the model inventory, and eligible Blue counter-system candidates. It now selects the best available Blue defensive counter for each force-pair scenario while preserving a training-only, non-operational boundary.
Blue forces always include the U.S.; Red includes China, Russia, Iran, Hezbollah, North Korea, Houthi movement, and related hostile actors present in the dataset.
Updates this Force-side summary only. The heat matrix remains the full 25 × 25 Blue-vs-threat grid.
Each cell is a threat-side actor against a Blue force. Stronger blue intensity represents higher average Blue counter success after best-available counter-system selection.
Sorted by shortest decision window. Use as a triage surface for analytical review, not operational employment.
